Good side dish for steak, lamb, pork or anything!
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
1/2 pound bacon
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 Tablespoon hot chili or more!
4 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar (4 ounces)
1/4 cup Romano or Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt
pepper
paprika
I baked my raw potatoes for 60 minutes @ 375F
Then I baked my filled potatoes for 30 minutes @350F
