Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 egg
1 orange
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup flour
1 clove of garlic
2 green onions
1 Tablespoon rice wine
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Sauce:
2 Tablespoons orange juice
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
5 Tablespoons sugar
5 Tablespoons white vinegar
zest of 1/2 orange
1 teaspoon ground ginger
To make the sauce thick:
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoons cornstarch
This is really good, and I wish that I doubled the recipe.
The only thing you do not need to double is the egg, if you do make this and double the recipe.
NOTE***
If you are a saucy person, you will need to double the sauce, I think it is fine the way it is as listed here.
This is so good, you really must believe me and make this!
Today, I did not have to use the cornstarch/water to thicken, but have it ready in case you need it.
